Steps: 1. Download the video from Youtube or Vimeo http://savefrom.net/ -> Recommended format: MP4 720 (the others sometimes don't work) There are many more services online to download videos, just Google and try. 2. Record the voice:
It's easier with a mobile, the audio will sound better than with the computer if you don't have a good mic in your computer. If you use an audio recorder you can find yourself without the correct drivers to download (most of the audio recorders are for windows drivers)
3. If you need to edit the audio:
Audacity (multi platform aplication to edit video)
4. To edit the video:
Kdenlive (only for linux ;)
We recommed using free software, so we won't have problems with file formats (propietary software often don't work with every audiovisual format). 5. If you need to convert the format (e.g. if the editing software does not support the file you want to use):
Mpegstreamclip: http://www.squared5.com/ Unluckily, the graphical interface of this software is only available for Mac Os or Windows, in GNULinux you need to use the terminal
